Having not sold a property for some years our experience of Robert Bell & Co. has served to remind us just how important an estate agent is in the sale of a property. The initial stages of valuation, booking viewings and agreeing the sale began the process that during Covid-19 lockdown seemed to take longer than anticipated. At all stages there was regular contact from the agent with updates and progress reports on the chain below. Exchange day came and a couple of weeks later completion.
